Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
(in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Italian Consumer Code)

This policy governs the right of withdrawal granted to Consumers for purchases made on the website https://www.thygallerystudios.com (the “Platform”), operated by Art Meets Design S.r.l. (the “Seller”).
1. Right of Withdrawal
The contract concluded between the Consumer/user and Art Meets Design S.r.l. is executed immediately.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Consumer (or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Consumer) acquires physical possession of the last item.
The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify the Seller of their decision within the above-mentioned period by choosing one of the following methods:

The request must include at least:
- the email address used for the order;
- the order number;
- the Consumer’s full name;
- any relevant documentation (e.g. copy of payment receipt and/or invoice).
3. Return of Products
In the event of withdrawal, the Consumer is required to return the products.
Returned products must be handed over to the courier and/or delivered to the Company’s registered office.
The Consumer is responsible for the proper care of the products until they are returned.
4. Limitations and Exclusions of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases (even if within the legal timeframe):
- products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
- products not returned in their original packaging, where this is present and constitutes an integral part of the product;
- customized products (made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized).
All other exclusions provided under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code shall also apply.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the correct return of the products.
All payments made by the Consumer will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date on which the Seller receives the returned products (or, if earlier, from proof of shipment of the return).
Refunds will be issued, where possible, using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer.
6. Additional Information on Orders and Availability
Once an order is received, the Seller will process it within the timeframes and according to the methods indicated, and in any case within the limits set by law.
The Seller reserves the right not to process purchase orders that are incomplete and/or incorrect, that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency, or in the event of product unavailability.
In such cases, the Seller will promptly inform the Consumer by email, specifying the reasons.
If the products are no longer available or for sale at the time the order is submitted, the Seller will notify the Consumer of the unavailability within 14 days from the day following the submission of the order.
If payment has already been made for unavailable products, the Seller will refund the corresponding amount without further obligations, except as required by applicable mandatory law.
